Головною метою фонду “Трансформація зброї” є творчий процес перетворення військових артефактів, зібраних з фронту, у вишукані мистецькі арт-об’єкти, бомбосховища в арт простори та створення муралів.Наша ініціатива об’єднує більше 90 талановитих художників з різних куточків України, формуючи динамічну творчу спільноту, яка вдихає в нас бажання постійно розвиватись і розширювати нашу діяльність. Основні цілі нашої діяльності включають: Перетворення військових артефактів на мистецькі об’єкти, які відтворюють глибокий зміст пережитих труднощів і водночас надихають на надію на краще майбутнє.

Наша місія: розвиток потенціалу митців/митчинь Житомирщини шляхом задіяння їх творчості та робіт до розвитку туризму Житомирщини та формування групи товарів, що символізує Житомирщину.

Youth Space

Youth Space – перший молодіжний простір/соціальний бізнес в місті Нікополь, що включає в себе: коворкінг, майданчик для подій, крамничку для хенд-мейд та арт-продаж речей, місцевих майстрів, навчальні програми Soft skills для молоді, студентів та учнів старших класів. Цей проект ми будемо запускати спільно з молодіжною радою міста до якої ми входимо. Молодіжний простір це не тільки місце для продажі або заробітку, головна мета це допомога знайти себе, надати психологічну підтримку дітям які лишилися на самоті, і дати зрозуміти що вони не одні.

Youth Space is the first youth space/ social business in the city of Nikopol, which includes a coworking space, an event venue, a shop for handmade and art sales, local craftsmen, soft skills training programs training programs for youth, students and high school students. We will launch this project together with the city’s youth council, of which we are a member. Youth space is not only a place for to sell or earn money, the main goal is to help them to find themselves, to provide psychological support to children who are left alone, and to make them realize that they are not alone.

The Volunteer Map

“The Volunteer Map” is a project of global coordination between charitable organizations, volunteers and representatives of local administrations. The goal is to simplify the delivery of humanitarian aid to settlements suffering from a humanitarian crisis due to the war in Ukraine. We create a platform that connects groups of people who need help and those who provide it. Our moderators collect information about the needs of local communities, verify them and mark them on the map. It helps to understand the geography of needs, and the condition of people in areas close to hostilities or in refugee resettlement centers. Aid providers would be able to plan a humanitarian mission and evenly distribute humanitarian aid. Charities and volunteers will have access to relevant requests for help, could reserve them for themselves, fulfil and report afterwards.

The problem of the humanitarian crisis will remain relevant until the country resolves all the consequences of the war. We pursue the global goals of solving the humanitarian and refugee crisis. We can achieve it using digital solutions for interaction between civil society and the government of Ukraine. After the victory, the platform will be reoriented to the coordination of reconstruction projects.

“Карта Волонтерства” це проект глобальної координації між благодійними організаціями, волонтерами та представниками місцевих адміністрацій. Мета – спрощення постачання гуманітарної допомоги у населені пункти, які потерпають від гуманітарної кризи, через війну в Україні. Ми створюємо платформу, що об’єднує групи людей, які потребують допомоги та тих, хто її надає. Наші модератори збирають інформацію про потреби громад, верифікують їх та наносять на карту. Це допомагає проаналізувати стан людей на територіях близьких до бойових дій чи осередків розселення біженців, зрозуміти географію потреб, спланувати гуманітарну місію та розподілити запити поміж виконавцями. Благодійні організації та волонтери матимуть доступ до релевантних запитів на допомогу, зможуть зарезервувати їх для себе, брати у роботу і звітувати після виконання.

Проблема гуманітарної кризи залишатиметься актуальною, поки країна не усуне всі наслідки війни. Ми переслідуємо глобальні цілі вирішення гуманітарної кризи та кризи біженців. Досягнути їх ми можемо використовуючи цифрові рішення взаємодії громадянського суспільства та уряду України. Після перемоги платформа буде переорієнтована на координацію проектів із відбудови.

Gene(ration) of Changes

«BlackCherry Studio» from the NGO «Gene(ration) Changes» is a socially responsible school photo and video production (studio). Our vision is to create media content that solves social problems and teaches our peers to do it. Our team is young and experienced students. Our age does not exceed 18 years and we are already creating competitive content on the labor market. A year ago, we discovered a separate area of ​​our activity – master classes for our peers. We have experience in conducting 11 peer-to-peer events, creating original photo and video works by project participants, creating an individual design of a motivational calendar in cooperation with the Vinnytsia City Council and social figures of the city and Ukraine. This year, we are conducting training on a topic that is close to us – the media sphere.

Наше місія полягає у створенні медіа-контенту, який вирішує соціальні проблеми та навчанні наших однолітків цьому. Наша команда – молоді та досвідчені студенти. Наш вік не перевищує 18 років і ми вже створюємо конкурентоспроможний контент на ринку праці. Рік тому ми відкрили окремий напрямок нашої діяльності – майстер-класи для однолітків. Маємо досвід проведення 11 заходів рівний-рівному, створення авторських фото- та відео робіт учасниками проекту, створення індивідуального дизайну мотиваційного календаря у співпраці з Вінницькою міською радою та громадськими діячами міста та України. Цього року ми проводимо навчання на близьку нам тему – медіасферу.

Everything is possible

Even before the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine, the “EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE” project was created to meet the needs of people who wanted to work on their mental and physical condition as a reflection of stress from work or various life circumstances, or to work on themselves and their self-development. When the full-scale invasion began, it was later decided to improve this project for the needs of the present time and for future prospects, because the consequences of the war will accompany us after its end. Therefore, the founder of the project Khrystyna Korkuna, as a person who has tremendous experience of psychological help and support in volunteer centers, decided to create this social project and enlisted the support of Margarita – Yuliia Bilyk, who at one time practiced author’s training for the body and communications. Programs of psychological development and support, with the addition of acting tools for people aged 15-65 years, aimed at supporting psychological health and vital activities during the war and after (fighting the consequences in the future)

Проєкт «ВСЕ МОЖЛИВО» ще до початку повномасштабної війни в Україні створювався для задоволення потреб людей, котрі хотіли попрацювати над своїм псхічним та фізичним станом як рефлексію на стрес від роботи, або різноманітні життєві обставини чи пропрацювати над собою і своїм саморозвитком. Коли почалось повномасштабне вторгнення – було згодом прийнято рішення вдосконалити цей проєкт під потреби теперішнього часу і на майбутні перспективи, адже наслідки війни будуть супроводжувати нас після її закінчення. Тому засновниця проєкту Христина Коркуна, як люди яка має колосальний досвід психологічної допомоги і підтримки в волонтерських центрах вирішила створити даний соціальний проєкт і заручилась підтримкою Маргарити – Юлії Білик, яка в свій час практикувала авторські тренінги для тіла і комунікацій. Програми психологічного розвитку та підтримки,з додаванням акторських інструментів для людей віком від 15-65років,спрямовані на підтримку психологічного здоров’я та життєдіяльності під час війни та після(боротьба з наслідками в майбутньому)

А на їх перевезення було витрачено 5,15 млрд грн, а це як більше половини найбільшого обласного бюджету Дніпропетровської обл, або бюджет Львівської області на 2021 рік. Тепер питання, а що з цим можемо зробити, щоб ці кошти залишити у своїх карманах та збільшити? Правильно, здати це сміття. Eco Hub "Plan E"

Eco hub “Plan E”. A green ecosystem, that unites more than 10 completely different elements: vegan café, clothes library, coworking, offices for eco-innovative companies, event spaces, recycling station and lots of other components that can unite like-minded people in a big community and boost eco-conscious culture in Ukraine. Environmental friendliness is key to all our services, however, the fundamental basis without which the hub cannot exist – is people. During the past 6 challenging month of war, more than 200 000 of refugees from Eastern and Southern Ukraine fled to Vinnytsia region. A great number of people are still adjusting and trying to find their new place in this turbulent life. For them we created “Plan E events” that will be a starting point to build up the whole eco hub. Networking, educational and cultural events will be organised for the internally displaced Ukrainians and locals in order to help them establish stronger contacts, learn new vital information and just relax their minds. To make support “Plan E event” financially, our team is going to provide consulting services in the area of grant writing and management, as well as environmental project and event management. Part of the profit from consultancy practice will support our social mission – building strong eco-conscious community and allow us to reinvest and build the hub itself.

Екологічність є ключем до всіх наших послуг, однак фундаментальною основою, без якої хаб не може існувати – це люди. За останні 6 важких місяців війни на Вінниччину вимушено переїхало понад 200 тис. українців зі Сходу та Півдня України. Велика кількість людей все ще адаптуються і намагаються знайти своє нове місце в житті. Для них ми створили «події Plan Е», які стануть відправною точкою для побудови цілого екохабу. Буде організовано нетворкінг, освітні та культурні заходи для внутрішньо переміщених осіб та місцевих жителів, щоб допомогти їм налагодити відносини між собою, дізнатися нову важливу інформацію та просто відпочити. Щоб фінансово підтримати «Plan E», наша команда буде надавати консалтингові послуги у сфері грантрайтингу, проєктного та івент-менеджменту. CupToU

CupToU – це урбаністичне рішення проблеми одноразового сміття у місті Одеса. На сьогодні сервіс напоїв з собою є невід’ємною частиною життя містян. Це призводить до значного забруднення довкілля одноразовими стаканчиками. Більш того ці паперові стаканчики не розкладаються адже містять шар пластику. Наша ідея полягає у тому, щоб в першу чергу сфокусуватися на запобіганні сміттю ніж на переробці адже у принципі поводження з відходами 3R зменшення відходів є пріоритетнішим за переробку. Ми створюємо мережу кав’ярень Одеси та даємо можливість клієнтам орендувати багаторазовий стакан просто в момент покупки напою з собою. Далі він має змогу повернути цей стакан в будь-яку кав’ярню мережі по дорозі й отримати свій депозит назад. Так само наче він прогулювався з одноразовим стаканчиком, але ще й в екологічний спосіб!

CupToU – it’s an urban solution for the disposable waste problem in Odessa city. Currently drink-to-go service is an integral part of everyday life of the city dwellers. This causes enormous single-use cups pollution. Moreover these paper cups aren’t biodegradable because of a plastic layer inside them. Our idea is to focus on preventing waste rather than recycling because reducing goes before recycling in the 3R principle in waste management. We create a network of cafes in Odessa city and give a client a possibility to rent a reusable cup just at the moment of buying a drink-to-go. Afterwards he’s able to return this cup to any cafe of the network on the way and get his deposit back. Just as if he was walking with a single-use cup but in an ecological way!
